Q: Where do your succulents come from?

A: Most of our succulents are grown, prepared and maintained inhouse.  In addition, we have an amazing partnership with a nursery in Central IL where some of our rare and premium succulents are grown.

Q: The succulents I ordered on-line did not look exactly like the succulents on your website. Why is that?

A: Part of what makes succulents so amazing are the numerous ways they express themselves throughout the year, depending on light, season, temperature, soil, and hydration. For those and other reasons, the plants you receive may not look exactly as they appear on our website. 

Q: What are your shop hours?

A: We’re based 100% online which enables orders to be placed at any time.

Q: How do I care for my new succulents?

A: Three steps to easy succulent care:

  1. Watering – Be sure to set a schedule for your new succulent(s). Watering once every 1-2 weeks is usually ideal. Water the soil directly
  2. Sunlight – Succulents need plenty of sunlight to thrive, at least 4-6 hours of sunlight a day or more.
  3. Rotate – Succulents will lean towards the sun, so rotating them will help them stand up straight.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver all over the Chicagoland area.  Please contact us to arrange a special delivery to zip codes outside of a 50 miles radius of Chicago (60660).

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?

A: Yes. We offer free same-day local delivery 7 days a week, 8am to 6pm. Please indicate your desire for same-day delivery in the notes section at check out or call us at 773.870.2757.

A: We’re located in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago, however based 100% online.
